Kevin Teague, Contractor

As a second generation custom home builder, Kevin Teague has grown up in the construction and building industry. With a simple start at the age of 5, Kevin spent his younger years riding to and from job sites with his father. Back then he spent the better part of his days picking up scrap wood for the burn-pile. But as the years passed, the tasks grew greater. As Kevin began getting a foot-hold in the business, he and his father began building true turn-key homes. Kevin cut his teeth on everything from digging and pouring footers, to block and mason work. Framing, sheet rock, interior wood work, trim, roofing, plumbing, electrical, painting and tile work were all tools of the trade he learned at an early age. Kevin says, “l always loved going to work with my Father. I was fortunate to be able to watch and learn something new each and every day.” It was with true hands on experience and on-site education that Kevin learned every aspect and detail involved with building custom homes in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Now, twenty-one years later, Kevin is still building and creating some of the most unique homes in Fannin County. Building homes… and creating dreams is what Kevin Teague does best.
